If you are enquiring regarding Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 CAP counselling then there is no free exit option for the candidate to quit the counselling. If a candidate has been allotted a seat then he/she must join in the allotted institute. If the candidate cancels the seat or does not join in the allotted institute then he/she will not be considered for counselling in subsequent rounds as it implies that the candidate is not interested to seek admission through CAP counselling. If a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotment in first round then he/she can opt for betterment without filling the status retention form or cancelling the seat/not joining in the allotted institute.
