I got seat in first round of tamilnadu neet pg counselling and I gave for up gradation in 2 nd round.whether fresh choice filling will be available??once I get upgraded whether my first round seat get canceled??

Yes fresh list can be given in the 2nd round counselling. Also your first is not cancelled, your seat remains and its upto you that after 2 nd round which college will you choose.So you can give a fresh list of colleges for counselling.
