You can't drop a seat otherwise you will be out from the counselling. You can upgrade your choice. As directed by the Honourable Supreme Court of India on 7 th July 2017, admission and counselling process for JEE (Advanced) 2017 has been suspended till further orders.So, wait for the further orders.
