i got seat in osmania University in mechanical engineering i want seat in jntuh can i wait for second counseling

Yes, if you have preferred it as a higher option and willing to take a seat in that college. But if you have a seat in Osmania University and you think you won't get seat in your JNTUH, take admission there. It's mechanical branch, you can get either cs or it in next round. Better suggestion, wait for the next round.
