First and foremost you must know that you will be benefitted only for one category.
So apply according to the branch and rank . For now, you will get higher benefit from ews. For this you require some document like Income Certificate approved by any government officer Tehsildar/Deputy Commissioner and SDM.
*Your waiver will be withdrawn once you violate code of conduct.
