Assuming you have got admission in a UG course after your 10+2 or equvilent, There must be a requirement documents file on the official website but the most commonly required documents at the time of registration are -

Letter of admission/ Resgistration Form

12th certificate

12th marksheet

10th marksheet

ID proof(aadhar etc.)

fee receipt

and any other documents mentioned on the college's registration portal.
