I got selected for profile based PI-WAT round of BIMTECH, but on the same day i have my snap exam. How should i handle this ? Pls do reply...

It totally depends on you
What is more important to you,and in which you find your interest more, please sit down and try to solve this and choose any one of this, or if there's time difference then you can try for both, but it will be best if you compare both of them on financial, compatibility levels and then choose.
