I got Tamil Nadu state rank 3640 in govt quota and from OC.....will I get govt medical college

Hellp Karthik, there are around 3947 medical seats in Tamilnadu including Government and Private Medical Colleges. There are only 2447 Government Medical Colleges. With a state rank of 3640, it is difficult for a Government Medical College seat. You can get a Private Medical College.
