First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve a government college now I would like to tell you that since you were allotted a seat in rajkiya engineering college banda and you have choosen float option that means you may upgraded with college that you filled higher in choice than this college and if you aren't upgraded then your this seat is fixed and you will be taking admissions in this college.

If you have used the float option, and in Round 2, you don't get any other allotment above the Rajkiya College allotment, then you will be reallotted the seat, of course if another seat is available. There are very few cases where the allocated seat goes but you get the lower seat definitely, but that is a bad trade. All the best!
