I got the rank 25849 for keam ,am i possible to get an admission in good enggineering college and i have 83 percent in 12th .

You have got a good percentage in 12th and your keam rank is also good. You can easily get admission in good engineering college and you can also try for government colleges because chances are higher that you may get a government college. It also depends on which branch you choose. The counselling process will start in the fourth week of June 2019, fill your preferences smartly to get a good college.
