i got two marksheet in icse 10th board, one is for marks and second is for grade, and the serial number in both of them are different, so which serial number should i write in filling the form which is needed?

So, i believe i can answer your question.
You said it correctly ICSE or ISC board offer 2 marksheet to its every student.
But the main preference goes to the marksheet in which the marks are written not grades.
Grades are just the range which defines your marks comes in which range
Like equal to above 90 they offer A grade..
For 80 B and like wise .
So, you can fill the serial number accordingly.
Fill in which marks are written because marks one is only going to be considered.

To mentioned complete details of our identities like pan card, adhar card and mark sheet is always preferable.
If they need the complete details and you have not mentioned it then it might cause several issue.
So be on the safe side and please do mention all the complete details
