i got upsee in btech-biotech engineering rank -2715 with 212 marks and in girls 1175 rank and category rank- general ews 349...any chances of getting government engineering college to purse biotech engineering

Look, your rank is too good. So, you have quite good chances to get a government college. You may go for good private colleges also. Below 5000 rank is required for the government college in upsee. So, you may get a good government seat easily.
