your probable rank will be 42,294 - 46,294 and your probable category rank range will be 10196 - 11796.

As you are from andhra pradesh, you can get biotechnology and chemical engineering at your home NIT.

You can also get CS at IIIT's and ECE and electrical at NIT,mizoram e.t.c.
