Chances are very low as cutoffs for dual degree programs are above 290.

Btech and MSc dual degree programs are iffered by BITS Campus.

Students also need to qualify for CGPA criteria to get admission.

However you have good chajces for B. Pharm course at BITS campuses where cutoff is 240 and hence you can surely convert.
