Dear Sumit,
You have decent enough chances woth Tier two colleges where Placements and rankings are average as the cutoff for top colleges is in 80-95 percentile.
Some colleges where you can crack final selection rounds are:-
There are many other end lower end colleges which are simply not recommended. you can alternatively appear for Feb MAT 2018 to score above 600+ or 90 Percentile.
