I graduated in November 2020. I want to take admission for post graduation courses in August 2021 ..so do I need to make a gap certificate?

See the requirement of gap certificate is entirely dependent on the rules and regulations of the university you want to take admission in for PG course. In general most universities don't require such certificate for dropper students. But to be sure about it you should check the official website of the university you want to take admission in.
