I grt 91 percentile in jee main can i get cs,it ,mechanical in jmi and i am from general category

According to your percentile, your rank would be-
9,35,741 * 0.09 = 84,217 (Approximately)
With this rank, you can get Mechanical after the Third Spot Round but it will not be possible for you to get CS or IT if you are from the GENERAL category.
The cutoff for Mechanical after the third spot round was around 88,000 last year.
