Yes, you are completely eligible for appearing in JEE mains examination and you are eligible for admission in NITs,IIITs, and GFTIs.
Earlier a candidate was required to score 75% marks in boards for admission in NITs,IIITs, and GFTIs but due to covid-19 pandemic effects on boards, the eligibility has been removed.So, you will able to get admission through JEE mains in any college based on your percentile.

Yes,your are eligible for applying JEE main exam,who are studying class 12 are eligible to write JEE main exam,If you qualify the jee main exam you are eligible to write jee advance or IIT exam,the cutoff mark will be given at time of declaration of JEE main results,the cutoff marks are vary to year to year.Subjects are maths,physics,chemistry.
