I had admitted to BSc in 2019 but i didn't appear in any 1st year BSc examination (internal or Semester). Now I have +3 College Leaving Certificate. What should be my NEET code ?

You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

You didn't pass your bsc 1st year and left it, now your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed 1st year of graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

And  during admission you can submit your bsc college T. C which you have, don't worry.
