I had alloted college in 3rd round i have to take admission in that college but I want to go spot counselling for gov. College upsee 30381

If you participate in Spot Counselling then the college alloted to you will be cancelled because spot counselling is done for the vacant seats in all the colleges. All the seats which are vacant from all around the colleges will placed for allocation. So you can't apply for vacant seat when you already have a seat.
kindly think about this before making any decision. If you think you can get better college then the alloted to you then go for spot counselling otherwise not. Spot Counselling is all about luck.

I am thinking that if any college allot in spot counselling that where I had taken admission already that admission will be cancel by me. Question is that its happen or not..?

As I told its all about luck. You may get it or may not. I can't assure you whether you will get seat or not.
But private college does not take participate for spot round then my seat in private college will retain or not whenever I have already take admission in private college. if i go for spot round
