I had alloted Galgotias college with CE branch but i want to change branch from CS or ECE then its possible or not..?

yes it is possible but only when you have scored good CGPA in 1st year and there is a vacant seat in these departments or there is guy wants to switch his seat with yours, almost every university provides is opportunity after first year of engineering.
