I had already written phase 1 exam of amrita...can I write phase 2? am I eligable

So with regard to your query, in order to apply for the AEEE phase 2 exam, it is not enough if you just register for the exam once. For writing the phase 2 exam, you need to register yourself again and pay the application fee accordingly. It does not matter whether you had written the phase 1 exam or not. And so far with the eligibility, YES you will be eligible.
In order to be eligible for the AEEE entrance exam you need to complete your 10+2 with 50% of aggregate marks.

Yes you can definitely appear for AEEE 2022 phase 2 examination even if you appeared for Phase 1 examination. This is because the candidates who appeared for phase1 and want to improve their score, can appear for phase 2 by paying an additional fee as prescribed by the University on it's official website.
So you are completely eligible to appear for Phase 2 entrance examination of AEEE.
