having a tattoo is personal thing. no one is going to question you about that. unless and otherwise if it is explicit or socially intimidating.

if you have a decent tatto like forearm band, name, a design, it is not a problem at all. but if it is indecent, then it might be a problem. and yet it still depends on the college itself.
