Hey,
For admission to medical and dental colleges in Karnataka, only NEET score and rank will be taken into consideration. Currently, there is no guidelines released for the process of counselling for this year. KEA generally releases application form and guidelines after declaration of NEET UG results. You need to keep an eye on the KEA official site for the same.
As per previous year, for document verification, students had to go to the KEA center. But this year it might change given the ongoing pandemic. But nothing can be accurately said until KEA releases the guidelines.
