Dear Aspirant,
Sorry to tell you but you can't change your category in JoSaa councelling. As you got your result rank in OBC and All India category and it's obvious that you will not get your result again in EWS category. So only these two(OBC and CRL) ranks will be considered for Josaa councelling.

After applying for JEE Main it is not possible to change your category as you don't have any EWS rank in JEE Main result and it is not possible for the authority to prepare a separate rank list just for you want to change your category. So obviously the answer is a big NO, you can not change your category.
