Devika, once you complete the Bascic registration, AIIMS will open its correction window for Candidates who need to make corrections to their application form. If any uploaded images need to be changed, you will receive a notification at your registered email and mobile no#. You can make the corrections then. And once the correction window closes, you can check the status of your Basic Registration on the official website.
