I had coaching for mains in 11 and 12 in resonance .can someone give me a plan or a time table of 20 days how to study to score 200 +

As you already have bit knowledge about all the subjects so on now onwards you still have 21 days left that is 7 sub/day....first make an analysis of jee mains....see which chapters are asked every year....so make a time table according to it so that important chapters can be covered immediately and enough time can be given to it...every day complete your goals.. according to chapters in all d subjects..suppose you prepare 3 chal a day i.e 3 questions/ day so at d end of 21 days you may be easily able to prepare around 60 questions and score nearly 200 marks....THANK YOU..

You have complete your coaching for two years it means your course is already completed now you need to do revision.
In order to revise for your exam it is advisable that you should set your time table according to your comfort so that you can easily follow it. You can set your daily and weekly targets based on your strength and weakness.
Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam.
NCERT book is very important it will help you to clear your concepts make sure you read it thoroughly.
JEE Main tests checks pressure handling skills and how quick you can think so you need to solve as many as mock test series for your practice.
