I had completed my 12 the and 12th with pcm in 2017-18 But repeating 12th with pcmb Am I eligible for neet 2019

If your doing 12th again with pcmb than yes you will be eligible for neet exam. Eligibility for neet is to qualify 12th with 50% marks with subjects physics, chemistry, biology from a recognised board.

As per the eligibility the students with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject in Class 11 and 12 are eligible for NEET 2019. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.
