I had completed my 12th in 2016 and scored 81 % with PCB . Am I eligible for Mumbai University and which college I get for BMS??

Yes you are definitely eligible for Mumbai University!

1. St Xavier's College
2. Jai Hind College
3. H.R. College of Commerce
4. Mithibai College

You had a Gap of one year. U will not get good colleges from Mumbai university.
