If a candidate makes two efforts in consecutive years, the year of passing the 12th board test will be considered the first try even if the applicant does not show up for the exam in that year. For example, if you passed the 12th board exam in 2021, your attempt in 2022 would be considered your second and final attempt even though you did not take the JEE advance exam in 2022.
So, you are not eligible for JEE Advance 2023.
But you can sit for JEE Main 2023 which is consider to be your last attempt.
According to JEE Main eligibility criteria,
Over the course of three consecutive years, a candidate may take the JEE Main test six times. A candidate may register for JEE Main twice a year, in January and April. The applicant may participate in JEE Main in 2022 and 2023 if the candidate completed the 12th grade test in 2021.
