I had completed my BSc nursing 4yDC, I want cpch certificate how I can apply this course

Hello!

In order to be eligible for Certificate Programme in Community Health (CPCH), you need to pass BAMS from a recognised university or institute and you must be willing to serve in rural and hard to reach areas. You should be a staff nurse with diploma or degree in B.Sc or GNM nursing from a recognised institute and must be willing to serve in rural and hard to reach areas. The maximum age limit is 45 years.

If you are eligible, you must submit the fully filled application form by or before the deadline in the Office of State Health Society, at Regional Institute of Health and Family Welfare.
