I had completed my graduation in 2018 can i apply for masters course 2020 now? and its entrance exam will be conduct in which cities?
If you have completed your graduation or Bachelor of Technology from any college or university, you may apply for master in technology through GATE() entrance examination. On the basis of gate score, you will get PSUs, IITs or NITs. You will also get schlorship in college if you have secured good gate score. For more information go through the link:

Yes you can apply for masters course 2020 now. Since you haven't mention the college/university name I'm unable to tell where the exam centers will be.
