Hello,
Admission to BA course in most of the colleges and universities is provided on the basis of percentage of marks secured in class XII. However some also conduct entrance exam.
For percentage based admission, all colleges allow students of science stream to take admission in BA, however some might reduce some percentage because of stream change.
For example in Delhi University if you wish to do BA and you have science background, than 2.5% is reduced from your class XII percentage for admission.
Some top colleges for BA are: Hindu College, Ramjas College, Hansraj College, IP University, Amity University.

Good luck
