see as you have done bsc in microbiology you may not apply in msc chemistry in any colleges, as per the eligibility criteria of msc chemistry is ,
It requires a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent 3-year education) in Chemistry .
This includes basic courses in general, organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry.
