The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programmes in Indian medical and dental colleges . It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).NEET is national level exam. Upto last year, NEET was conducted in 10 languages. This year it will be conducted in 11 languages as Urdu is included. So, you can apply for NEET.

Urdu education board has been recognised by government. Urdu Education Board has been also recognised by National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions. So, yes you'll get a seat if you score good marks in NEET.
