I had done my..basic registration in last Feb for may aiims ,but because of some reasons I didn't do my final registration...

Hey Aspirant !
The basic registration facility is done every year and is particularly valid for the Examination of the current year itself. There is nothing as such that the Basic Registration of one year would continue as the same for subsequent years examinations too.
To be precise, you need to start afresh for the Examination of 2020.
