i had faild in isc maths nd secured 70% above maths in eng,chem,phy,bio.I was awarded pass certificate and miratoty certificate from school if i crack neet with good score can i get seat in govt medical college in kerala through merit.

If you have a pass certificate and if you have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% atleast in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th, you are eligible for NEET and there by if you secure the marks required for a seat in GMC in Kerala, you can certainly take admission in the Medical College.
