I had failed in the class 12 cbse exam with PCM in 2018 can i give exam again in 2023 with PCB as private candidate ?

Yes, you are eligible. You can appear for 12th exam in 2023 with PCB subjects . It is legal. Also, you can choose any other board or CBSE boards as your choice and repeat your 12th class with PCB or whatever stream you want yo study
