The NBE Information Bulletin states that any request or mail for changes in information after the closure of the correction period will not be considered by NBE under any circumstances. NBE will not change  any information entered by the candidates on its own after completion of application process under any circumstances. It is upto the Candidate to enter the correct information. Once the correction window has been closed,   NBE does not guarantee that any request for change in information will be entertained. Now unfortunately, you will not get an admit card as the originally uploaded photo will be retained in the application form and according to NBE guidelines, it is incorrect. So you have missed out on the opportunity to appear for NEET PG this year. You may have to wait until the next year.
