Hi there.

There are almost nil chances of the rejection of your application.

Honestly and practically speaking, except you, no one knows that you have entered a wrong detail in the examination form. The authorities would never know until your counseling.

During counseling, let the authorities know of your mistake, and probably after clearing the exam with good marks and high rank, no one would stop your admission.

You can try contacting the NEET authorities for more clarity on the matter.
