You can surely include fine arts in your best of four. However if you are not applying for an honours in fine arts, there will be a deduction of atleast 2.5% for any course tht you do in Delhi University. Hence, you need to see whether your best of four is higher with the deducted percentage or whether you should include another subject of yours. This is because fine arts is not considered a main paper of class 12.
