I had finished my 12th in state board.so if I want to get good marks in AEEE exam whether I shall read NCERT book or state board books?

I would first like to direct your attention to the AEEE syllabus elaborated in this Shiksha article:

Having studied in CBSE myself, I felt that all these topics were covered in the NCET textbooks of class 11 and 12. But, this is my opinion, as I don't know which state board you are studying in and what topics are covered in that.

But, if you are in Tamilnadu, then I can definitely tell you that your TN State Board textbooks will not help you one bit. NCET textbooks are the way to go.
