Kindly mention the entrance exam for which you were going to appear. You must have mentioned your email id while filling the application form, you can check it from there your User Id and Password. And also there is helpline number available on the website of the university entrance you are going to appear for you can contact on those numbers and tell them the problem they will definitely guide you through this.
