If you have given your 11th standard examination and 12th standard board examination from Rajasthan then your home state will be Rajasthan itself. Home state is not considered as the state in which you are born in or you are living in. It is actually the state from which you have completed your 10+2 from.
You are also eligible for availing the home state quota in Rajasthan in order to get benefit during admission in any college in Rajasthan regardless of which state you belong to, if you've completed your 10+2 from any CBSE, ICSE or state board recognised school in Rajasthan.
