No. With this score you can't get CSE branch in VIT university . Your Rank is very poor so with this rank you can't get addmision.

Since your obtained rank in VITEEE is very large through which you can't able to take admission in CSE at any campus of VIT. With this much rank you comes under phase 3 counselling at Bhopal campus through which you may be able to take admission in branches like ECE/ CIVIL or Bio branches in Bhopal or Amravati campus.
