I had got 145 in mht cet which college would I get ?

Coming to your question, you can get admission into any college in Maharashtra with this score. But getting your preferred branch in COEP and VJTI won't be possible.
With this score if you want for the last round of CAP you might get COEP computers. But not VJTI.
Other options that you can try is get admitted in to a different branch in VJTI study during the first year of college score a decent pointer like 9 or above . This pointer can help you change your brach to CS or IT or any preferred branch.
But there is a gamble in this option. There must be empty seats during 2nd year . Your pointer must be high like you must be the topper of your college atleast top10.
Also with this marks you can try SPIT which is possible to get admitted in last CAP round. SPIT is also a good college with good placements and good track record.

You've a pretty decent score and have good chances of getting admission into good colleges in Maharashtra.
For example:
MIT WPU, VIT Pune, PICT Pune, PCCOE, KJ Somaiya, SPCOE etc.
It depends on the branch you prefer.
