TS EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering and medical colleges.
If PCM are the optional subjects then engineering stream.
For the rank you had you can't get admissions in MVSR college of engineering for a OC candidate in any branch.
For 42820 rank and belonging to BC E / SC / ST category you can get admissions in MVSR college of engineering ohn Information Technology /Civil Engineering / any branch.

16260 is the cutoff rank for Civil engineering and
13540 is the cutoff rank for Information Technology in MVSR college for BCD category.
