I had Got 58% in HSC and pcb marks 119.Physics 40;chemistry;35; and Biology;44 and English 60 marks . Iam eligible to write neet 2020 ?

To be eligible for NEET UG you need to pass Qualifying Exam 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
With Qualifying Marks UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

Well dear,according to the latest eligibilty criteria for NEET,the minimum percentage in 12 standard should be as below
1)The student must have passed in all the subjects like Physics,Biology,Chemistry and English.
2)The student must have obtained a miniumu percentage including Physics,Chemistry,Biology:
GENERAL-50%
OBC/SC/ST-40%
PH/PWD- 45%(Depends Upon the category You belong to)

Well dear taking out the percentage of your PCB we get 39.66%,so,I think its a bit difficult comparing with the category wise cutoff Of Eligibility Criteria Of NEET.
