Dear Anjali, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, Patna Medical College has the highest cut off at  552 marks for General Category under State Quota in 2018. Even going by that score, you have a wide choice of colleges to choose from with a score of 590. Your options are:

Anugrah Narayan Medical College

Dharbhanga Medical College

GMC, Bettiah

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College

Nalanda Medical College

Shri Krishna Medical College

Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences.

Though the cut offs change every year, you clearly have a chamce at any Government Medical College. For their cut offs of your Category please visit our page at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-bihar/amp
