Yes you can get engineering college in Maharastra depending on your composite score if your jee score is goof=d you can definitely get a good college and if not you still hve some college as option which accepts these marks and if not colleges have management quota seats. If you are obc and not general category you can get colleges AC PAtil ,Saraswati college of Engineering
As you havent mention your jee percentile how one can answer that are you applicable for any colleges in maharastra the 75 percent criteria is just for nits ,iiit s and GFTIs and through jee you can only apply for few colleges in maharastra .
Maharastra government conducts its own exam mhtcet to get admission into top colleges of maharastra .
So without mentioning you jee percentile your question is irrevalant .
